You will be offered an opportunity to talk through problems, and explore emotional difficulties in a safe and confidential setting.
Usual practice is to arrange to meet on a once or twice weekly basis, on the same days and at the same times each week.
- Sessions will last for 50 minutes. The first session may take longer.
- This meeting will give you the chance to explore what would be the most suitable help for you.
- The approach is flexible to meet each individual’s needs.
- There will be an opportunity to discuss any questions you may have at the first session.
- Time-limited (short term) counselling is also available when appropriate.
