Counselling/Psychotherapy
I qualified as a psychodynamic counsellor in 1995, and have since worked in a Counselling Centre, Social Enterprise and in private practice for 20 years.
I have extensive experience working to both an open ended (longer term) model and in time limited therapy (4-12 sessions). I work with a wide range of organisations who provide employment assistance programme counselling (EAPs). I've also worked as a supervisor and trainer for many years and am currently a director on the board of a local Social Enterprise which provides counselling and training to the local community.
